Most accounting firms will offer to Compile your accounting statements based your delivering invoices, customer billing, and bank statements at month-end. Once the transactions are posted, you are sent a month-end financial statement to review and retain. This approach works well for some clients, but we offer a more dynamic approach by hosting your accounting software on an Internet-based server that allows you to monitor your financial statements at all times. Through a secure, password controlled access, we will maintain your accounting records throughout the month and present the results to you each month so that we can discuss the status of your business and address any issues, changes, business opportunities, or other matters that may arise over time. Our Online Accounting Service allows you to review your current financial position at any time, from anywhere that you have internet connectivity. In addition, we can balance your checking account throughout the month to ensure that any bank charges are posted timely and your account balance reflects the amount of cash currently available to you, reduced by the amount of the checks that you have written but have not yet cleared the bank account.
